Kaileigh Krysztofiak (they/she)

​

Kaileigh Krysztofiak is an accomplished designer, manager, and arts leader with a growing international footprint in public art and performance design. As the founding General Manager of Lights On Stratford, they have helped establish the festival as a key destination for immersive art experiences. They also serve as the North American Partnerships Manager for Sydney-based creative studio Amigo & Amigo, fostering cross-border collaborations in public art and experiential design.

Kaileigh’s expertise extends into arts education, where they serve as an instructor at the National Theatre School of Canada and the School of Performance at Toronto Metropolitan University. A committed advocate for the arts, they are a member of Associated Designers of Canada (ADC) and IATSE Local 659, contributing to the professional growth of the creative industry.

With a diverse career spanning theatre, festivals, and large-scale installations, Kaileigh has collaborated with leading arts organizations, including Stratford Festival, Mirvish, Tarragon Theatre, Grand Theatre, Soulpepper, and the Charlottetown Festival. Their contributions have earned them recognition with two Dora Award nominations and nominations for the Pauline McGibbon Award in 2020 and 2023.

Passionate about innovative storytelling and community engagement, Kaileigh continues to shape the cultural landscape, working with creative teams across North America and beyond to bring bold artistic visions to life.
